This guy, @NickdeSemlyen on Twitter is a reviewer for Empire Magazine and has got his hands on the EE already. Info I found was:

https://twitter.com/NickdeSemlyen

- PJ's commentary is interrupted by an Earthquake.

- PJ drops hints that there will be an elf/ dwarf romance in Desolation Of Smaug. (Kili and Tauriel he later confirms.)

- In his commentary, Jackson confirms that he won't use miniatures again. Apparently due to 3D

- Says the EE was "Okay". Not much added when compared to LOTR.

- Lovely menu screen, though: the camera floats around each room of Bag End.

- Confirms Eric Vespe from Aint It Cool News fishmonger cameo.

- Happy to see Leith McPherson (Dialect and acting coach) on the EE.

- Looking foward to Part 2.

- Hasn't watched all the docos yet.
