[Water Lily]

JL: Let me ask you about the tattoo now. I've heard the story. You got the tattoo, you guys all have some secret...
EW: We've got the Fellowship tattoo. The nine of us have got the Fellowship tattoo. The tattoo is actually Elvish, it says 'nine'.
JL: So whose idea it was to get a tattoo? Did you guys just drink all night and went to the nearest tattoo place...
EW: We had this idea for a while... Orlando Bloom takes the credit for it, I don't really believe he was the guy... (laughter). We kind of realized that by the end of the journey it would be a great idea to kind of signify, you know, the experience... And we were not drunk when we did it! Surprisingly.
JL: Really?
EW:We were told not to drink because it actually thins the blood, and...
JL: So did you all get it in the same place?
EW: No, different places and we did sort of different shading, they all kind of look different.
JL: So can you show us? (audience cheers wildly)
EW: Uh.. I've made a pact, I've made a Fellowship pact not to show the tattoo (audience groans)
JL: Oh come on... Has your Mother seen the tattoo?
EW: Yes, my mom has seen the tattoo.
JL: You know, Ian McKellen [JL screws up the name saying McLellan], he showed his, look...
(a shot of Ian McKellen showing the tattoo on his shoulder)
EW: Oh look what he's done. The Leader of the Fellowship!
JL: So there, you are welcome.
EW: Well I guess I have no choice (audience cheers wildly)
(stands up, slowly raises his shirt, pulls down his jeans and pats the tattoo) (audience cheers even more wildly)
JL: Wow.
EW: (goes back to his chair) There it is. It's a unique spot.
JL: Yeah, it's a unique spot.

(to be cont'd later)
