Впрочем и он не содержит полного курса.Всё равно лучше всего вооружиться Summary of Sindarin Grammar Держинского и Sindarin - the Noble Tongue Фаускангера.И ещё словарём с вышеуказанного сайта(sindarin.de) - он по-моему самый лучший - для тех кто знает немецкий:-)
