Это переводчикам "спасибо". Перевод у вас, я так понимаю, ГГ. Ну вот, они взяли, перевели Lord of Moria и записали рунами. Если действительно ГГ, то там Balin shyn[! да, если не ошибаюсь, именно так!] Fundina gosudar Morii. В оригинале, конечно, было на английском: Balin son of Fundin Lord of Moria.
Что же касается надписи на Кхуздуле, то там было: Balin Fundinul uzbad Khazaddûmu.
