Я поправила кое-где грамматические и стилистические мелочи, там, где правки существенны или возникли вопросы, прокомментировала. Всё - в порядке предложений, если не понравится - нет проблем.

Dear Mr. Armitage,

If you are holding this letter – then our dreams came true and DHL have worked the wonders again, connecting Moscow and the land "far, far away"!

We - the Legion of your Russian Army - have shyly decided to inform you of our existence and of our deep appreciation of your talent and great respect for you as an actor and a wonderful man!
Yes, in huge Russia you have your own, quite numerous and very loyal band of admirers and we have been following your work for quite a while already. We are not only from Moscow and Saint Petersburg, but from all over the country. Some of our members are Russians and Russian speakers but live in France, Belarus and some other countries. But nevertheless this letter is from all of us, from all our loving hearts! Take a look at the map of Russia – believe us, you will find us all over the country, and we are all bowing and saying now “Thank you!” and “At your service!”

1. Из соображений политкорректности - мы же не все "по паспорту" русские? Или это не имеет значения?

2. Ээээ... звучит как-то... "челом бьём, барин"... Но At your service - надо оставить.

We know and love all your works – we have watched breathlessly and in awe as Thorin, dignified and tragic, runs down the burning log towards his enemy; as dark and brooding Guy of Gisborne mourns over his lost love; as the king of the factory Mr. Thornton with desperation and heart breaking longing whispers to his lady “Look back, look back at me"….

We watched and discussed endlessly the Impressionists – do we have to note that now we can easily name all works of Claude Monet and talk for hours about shades and light in his magical paintings?

We watched the Spooks and Strike Back and now we – innocent and peaceful teachers, lawyers, managers – have a very good idea of different kinds of weaponry and hand guns! Yes, we have to admit that more than once we had an urge to go to UK and kill the Spooks plot writers and pseudo Russian consultants with our bare hands, but well – let them be! We are wild at hearts, but kind, generous and well-mannered ladies as well.

Мы же пишем про то, как ценим его актёрскую работу, так? Тогда надо что-то добавить про неё, а не только про оружие и консультантов. Беру это на себя, но завтра. Про консультантов вообще не уверена, что стоит писать вот так - это нам понятен юмор, а он прочитает, что "сериал - г-но". Тоже предлагаю переформулировать и могу это сделать. Тем более что в Strike Back вообще ничего нет про Россию.

В предыдущем варианте можно было подумать, что смешон сам факт того, что они пара.

And of course, we are waiting and begging for more! You have a truly great talent, Mr. Armitage, and we do hope that with each upcoming year you will grace us with new films and your new characters – always different, but always deep and captivating. From our side, we will keep working our northern wizardry here – for your creative luck and happiness in your profession!

Давайте не будем растить клюквенные деревья самостоятельно и намекать на то, не знаю что.

We love your films, but – ok, let’s be honest here – we also love you, Mr. Armitage, as a wonderful, kind and friendly person. There are many good-looking and talented actors worldwide, but our hearts belong only to you and not without a reason. We’ve seen all your interviews and we know now that you also have noble, considerate and charismatic personality, full of dignity and natural warmth. The way you carry yourself with fellow colleagues, noisy media people and wild female fans is a great example of soft delicate humor, modesty and respect for others around you.

Thank you for being such a nice man, Mr. Armitage!

Звучит как "а мы все в бэлом", надо смягчить.
